An offseason style program meant to add size, strength, and conditioning. The program has Squat, Bench, and Deadlift as the main compound movements. This program is completely different than Jacked and Juicy 1.0. It utilizes different movements, set x rep schemes, and a different progression model.
SBD frequency is 1-2-1, this program is 4 days a week and utilizes myo rep sets, max reps for time, and drop set gauntlets.
